Drinking Age LawThe Drinking Age Law in the USA is 21 years old and above. This is strictly enforced. You must have a valid passport for entry into Bars, Nightclubs, and Pubs. Some Bars require a 2nd form of Identification. IE: driver's license, bank card, student ID, credit card, etc.
