$300 deposit per person is non-refundable. You must pay in full 45 days prior to departure or forfeit your deposit. If paid in full, refunds are available minus the $300 deposit if notifying 2Rocks 45 days prior to departure in writing. No Refunds within 45 day departure date. Deposits and money paid may be used towards another trip or person within the same calendar year if trip permitting and if 45 days notice prior to that trip.
Each Traveler must have a valid passport if traveling overseas. Each Group sharing a room must have a valid credit card to check in to all the hotels for any incidentals and damage coverage. 2Rocks is only responsible for the basic room & tax charges. All other charges will be responsible of the Traveler.
Your safety is important to us. Please contact the Tour Manager if you have any safety concerns. You will be insured directly through the busing company when traveling by bus.
2Rocks is not responsible for any unruly behavior or negligent actions that cause injury to oneself. Each traveler must be responsible for their own travel and safety concerns if not sticking with the group and leaving the hotels.
If the traveler misses the required departure times for each city, the traveler may catch up to the group at their own costs with information provided by the Tour Manager at the Welcome Lunch.
